Community Projects Gallery

In the Spring of 2022 we invited families to nominate their favorite teachers on our website and we selected teachers to surprise with a Red Carpet Rollout! It was a huge success- here’s how it went: after secretly working with the principal, we showed up for a surprise staff meeting with fancy decorations, a 30ft red carpet, and the best pizza in San Antonio donated by our friends at MAARS pizza! We then showed a surprise video presentation of friends, staff, and students thanking the winning teacher for being fantastic and called them up for special recognition. As you can imagine, we had plenty of happy tears and smiling faces AND THEN we did a free rug raffle for all of the staff. These were some of our favorite events and we felt so blessed to be able to go directly to campuses and thank teachers in person for the phenomenal work they do.
