Flooring Connection Outlet  is located at 1132 Arion Pkwy. San Antonio, TX 78216. We are between 281 and Wurzbach Parkway. Behind the Northside Ford Dealership off 281. 

Our rugs are made of carpet remnants so they are not your standard short thread classroom rugs with shapes and letters on them. They are soft and comfortable to sit on and match well in any classroom. Some rugs may vary in size and color; however most will be 6 feet wide and 8 feet long. Binding will be available for an additional cost. 

Each teacher with a valid teacher ID is able to receive ONE 6x8 rug.

Unfortunately, due to our high volume response and limited number of rugs, we are requiring that you be at the Flooring Connection Outlet store in person the day of the event in order to receive a rug.

If you are a teacher, you may bring a recent paystub showing proof of a teaching position along with a picture ID (driver's license acceptable) to receive your rug.

Due to our high response from teachers, we cannot allow anyone to reserve a rug or come early. We hope that you will come next year and we thank you for all the work you are doing as a teacher. Have a great school year!

The rugs we are providing are cut pieces of carpet and may unravel a little along the edges over time. We are offering you the option of binding the outside of your rug for an additional cost of $42.00. When you arrive, you will be able to select whether you want to take your rug home that day or leave your rug and pay for either square or rounded edge binding. You must pay up front using card, check or cash. The rugs will be completed in about a week (depending on how many we have). We will notify you of the day they are finished and you may pick them up from the Flooring Connection Outlet store during business hours. 

Unfortunately, we do not have an unlimited amount of rugs to give away and once we are out, we are out. They will be given on a first come, first serve basis. When we first began planning this event, we hoped to give away around 100 rugs to teachers. However, we are completely blown away and inspired by the response we have received and are adding to the amount of rugs we can give away every day! We are hoping to provide to even more teachers and cannot wait to meet you all! When you arrive, we will pass out a number or ticket so you will know if you have made the cut to receive your free rug. We will also post when we run out on our Facebook page. We suggest you get there early! 

We will have volunteers directing cars on where to park and signage. We will also have a drive up area for loading rugs in your vehicle to take them home. You may choose your rug and leave it at the store to be picked up at a later date as well!
